It is possible to search for customers globally (organisation-wide) or per event. Any user who has had at least one interaction with one of your events can be find via the customer tab. This interaction can be:
- A user who bought tickets
- A user in a group (who has shared tickets)
- A user who has started an order* but has not completed it (correctly).
* A user starts an order by adding tickets in their basket and clicking the 'Order' button. After logging in, the order is linked to the user and this person can be found via the customer tab.
You can search for a specific customer using the search field. This can be by name, telephone number or email.
If you search globally and select a customer, you will see some personal data and a list of events that this customer has interacted with. You can click through to the customer page per event:
Per event you can see the following data for a customer:
- Customer contact details

- Order information (Read more here)
