Betalingen met time-out worden (als dit kan) automatisch afgerond
When someone makes a payment on an order that is timed-out (for example because they took longer than 20 mintues) the system will now automatically try to assign tickets to this user.
If that still fails (for example because the tickets are sold-out), GUTS automatically receives an email with all the details needed about this payment.
We will check again if we really can't assign the tickets manually.
If a refund is needed, we will inform you about this.
Extra help button + extra manuals for live streams
We added a 'Need help?' button to the livestreams, directly below the video. This button will take the attendee to all our manuals about live stream concerts.
At the bottom right of the page you also always have a 'Need help?' button. This will redirect to our general support page.
Livestream timezone
The date on your ticket that tells you when a livestream opens is now shown in the timezone of the user, since livestreams can be accessed anywhere in the world.
New language
Spanish is added to our dashboard.
Log in via email
It is now possible to create users in the dashboard based on an email address and a password of their choice. Read more here.
Set Password
You will soon be able to choose a password yourself. You can always change this via the dashboard by adjusting your user:

Organization management
We have added organization management to the dashboard. This is currently not visible because we need to role out new user roles for this first. We expect this to be live for everyone at the beginning of the second quarter (April 2021).
Within organizational management, the Owner of the organization can:
- Add a privacy statement and general terms and conditions
- Add the PSP (Mollie key) if no sale has taken place yet.
- Exceed the payment methods from Mollie.
- Add new users to the organization by sending an invitation to colleagues.
