You can add your own text under the 'marketing tab' in the dashboard, on the payment confirmation page and in the e-mail confirmation. These texts are added to the standard messages.
Message after buying tickets:
If the customer has successfully placed an order, he/she will be redirected to the 'order successful' page. You can add text at the bottom of the page. Once you have added the text in the dashboard, you can see what it looks like via the preview button:
Add text to the confirmation email
After ordering tickets, the customer will receive a confirmation email. This contains general information about the event (entered under management>general), the tickets that the customer has bought (ticket name, price and description) and the extra text that you add here.
We recommend adding information here that is relevant to all your customers. For example, think of parking information and house rules.
