The management of your event is divided into several tabs. When you open an event and click on 'Manage' you start with the 'general' tab.
Here you submit the general specifications of the event, such as the title, times, location, cover photo and information about the event.
All information entered on this page, can be seen by the customer on the sales page under the Info button.
This name will be used in the verification text message that is send to the customer when you assign tickets from the Cashier.
The cover phone will be displayed in 2 places:
- As a background of your shop. This only happens if you link to the GUTS website. If you embed the shop on your own website, no background will be shown.
- In the attendees ticket wallet, after purchasing a ticket:
Event that take place over more then one day are automatically recognized as such, and will be presented a bit differently then single-day events. This is helpful to communicate the date more clearly, in the shop, e-mails and app:
You can choose to show the end date as the previous day. This can be useful, for example, at 1-day events that last past midnight (so in theory these would be multi-day):
If you choose the same time for ‘Opening time’ and ‘Starting time’ only the start time will be displayed in the event info.
