If you create a ticket or open an already existing ticket, you have multiple settings you can adjust.
Max Amount
The ticket will always look at the pool capacity to determine the availability. If you want to sell less tickets than the amount available, you can set a max amount. The availability will change automatically to your set amount:
-->
Name and description
The name and description of your ticket will be shown in the ticketshop, the confirmation email and on the online ticket in the app.
Put ticket up for sale
This is a toggle. When you create a new ticket type the toggle is turned off by default. If you want your ticket to be offered in your online shop, switch this toggle to green!
Price type
You can set a custom or global price. We advice you to use global pricing as much as possible. Click here to read more about global pricing and how it works.
Availably and ticket limit
In the top of your shop, you can set when your online shop is available and how many tickets every customer can order. This rule applies to all tickets, unless you have specified something else per ticket.
Notice: You can't overrule the shop limits.
Your tickets can only be visible if your shop is open, so make sure you set the available from and available within the period of time that your shop is open. You can use this setting to make 1 ticket disappear and an other ticket appear at a specific day and time.
Also, the ticket limit of your shop is the max you can buy in total. You can set a lower ticket limit for a specific ticket. For example if customers may buy 8 tickets in total buy only 2 of this rare ticketkind.
Set the number of privileges (groupticket):
If you want to sell 1 ticket that gives access to several people, you can make a group ticket. For example, you can do this if you sell several tables for 2-3-4 people.
Make sure your pool contains the number of people you can enter the location. Create a ticket, go to advanced settings and set the number of privileges. In case of a ticket for 4 people, set it to 4:
Note: This is only possible when creating your ticket. Once you have saved your ticket, the number of privileges cannot be changed. When you open your ticket, you can see at the top how many privileges the ticket consists of. In this example, the ticket is called 'Table 4 people' and it has 4 privileges, which are taken from the pool 'General Admission':
