A sprint is simply a scheduled and recurring fixed timeframe in which the team works on delivering predefined product-value and delivers this at the end of it. At GUTS Tickets we work in sprints of two weeks. This ensures that we are forced to work on small, well defined features and tasks that are deployable and usable at the end of the sprint. It makes sure we can continuously add the biggest value to the product, doing the smallest amount of work, since we are somewhat forced to deliver within limited time. It also makes the business very agile, since we can work on something completely different every two weeks, and this is not set in stone (although there is of course a global roadmap).
Every sprint, dozens of tasks and fixes are completed. What is published here is merely a list of those updates considered relevant for event organizers.
