When you organize a seated event, you will find your seating map under 'Seating'. You can select, adjust or remove holds and (auto)place attendees.

When you are in the Overview-modus, you will find the 'assign' button in the left down corner. With this button you can manually assign seats to an attendee. This happens when attendees need to be seated on a specific seat or attendees bought tickets in different payment orders, but wish to sit next to each other. Assigning different payment orders to be seated next to each other is only possible if this information has been communicated to the event organizer before the seating map is finalized.
Choose ‘Assign’ and type the name or phone number of the attendee. If the attendee does not show up, it is possible that this attendee is already assigned a different seat. If so, select ‘show assigned’ to show the attendees that are already assigned a seat.
When you assigned someone a seat, the seat will be coloured in the color of the rank and it will show a lock.
