If the visitor prints a ticket, he/she will not be able to enter the event. That is because of the dynamic QR code. Only GUTS or the organizer can print tickets. We make the QR-code static at the moment we print the ticket. The code remains valid.
We do this for various reasons, for example:
- Tickets for the impresario / management
- Visitor does not have a smartphone
Print attendees tickets
If you want to print tickets of an attendee, you must first look up the attendee in the dashboard. Read here how to do that.
You can print every ticket separately, or print the whole order at once. The printed ticket will have a static QR-code and seating information. The visitor can get in line and let the scanning personnel scan the ticket.
A printed ticket can be useful for:
- A seated event. If you check the order in manually, the visitor may not know the row/seat numbers. A printed ticket shows the seating information.
- If the counter is in front of the scanning personnel.
Note: printing a ticket does not invalidate the digital ticket. If you accidentally print a ticket, the visitor can still enter with the digital ticket as well.
Print the entire order (1 QR for multiple tickets):
In this case, only 1 QR code needs to be scanned for all tickets. Click on 'print tickets' right above the tickets:
Print ticket per privilege (all privileges of the ticket, 1 OR per privilege):
Check the boxes of the tickets you want to print, go to 'Batch Actions' and choose ‘Print privilege’.
If your ticket contains 1 Entrance privilege, you will therefore print 1 QR code. But with a 4-person ticket (which includes 4 entrance privileges) you will print 4 QR codes.
OR
1 Specific privilege from the ticket
You can also click open the ticket, and print 1 of the privileges:
Print blocked privileges
It's also possible to print blocks. You can use this if a privilege is not booked on a mobile number, but will be used (for example: Free management tickets).
Go to Pools / Blocks / Desired Category.
Check the boxes of the blocks you want to print. Click on 'Batch Action' / 'Print'.
