If employees of the ticketeer facilitate scanning, they will ensure the scanners are logged in, so you don't have to do this yourself. If you want employees at your side during the scanning, you can always get in touch with the ticketeer to look at possibilities.
GET IN - GET Protocol Ticket Scanner
First, you have to download our Ticket Scanner app. The Ticket Scanner app is available for Android and Apple devices. You can also search for ‘GET Protocol’ in the Appstore and Google Playstore or find the link to the App- and Playstore in the dashboard under 'Scanning'.
Login for the entire organization
You can login your scanners for your organization. If you scan multiple events for the same organization, you don’t have to log in for every separate event. If there are 2 events in the same venue at the same time, and you want the scanner to be able to scan both events you can also log in for the organization.
Go to the dashboard and click on 'Scanning'. If you organize events from multiple different organizations, you must first choose the right organization. You can log in to the GET IN app using a password or by scanning the QR code.
You can check your login on your phone by opening the menu in the scanner (Swipe to the left). The organization and the next event are displayed. You will also see a QR-code. This QR-code can be used to log in other scanners directly.
Log in for 1 event
Open the specific event and go to the 'scanning' tab. Here you will find the login details. When you log in like this, you can scan all the tickets from this specific event.

Scan profile
With the button 'Create Profile' (to be found per event under the tab 'Scanning') you can create a specific scanner profile that will filter and only show tickets that use the specified pools. For example, you can have certain scanners scan only entry tickets, others upsells, or a scanner who scans downstairs and others only the balcony:
