Blockades can be managed in different categories. You can find this under Attendees > blocks.
Each category has a short code with a maximum of 3 letters. You can set this yourself. This short code is shown on the map (seated event), so you can easily see what the block is for.
Blocks that are not classified in a specific category are automatically included in ‘Uncategorized’.
Within a category you can perform actions on 1 or more tickets:
