You can add templates in the dashboard.
A template is a blueprint for an event. It contains all tabs and settings that you also have for an event (Manage / Shops / Pools). The difference is that there is no specific date attached, as is the case with an event. Events that you create via your template are all the same in terms of setup. Via the templates you can make changes at once to all linked events.
You can see per template whether the changes have been synchronized.
Out of sync means that the changes you have made to the template have not yet been made to the events linked to the template:
When you open a template, you can click on the 'synchronized' button at the top right to see which events are all linked to your template, and synchronize the new changes if necessary:
Unlink event to make changes
It is possible that you only want to adjust one event, for example because you close an hour earlier or later on a certain holiday. You can then unlink the relevant event from the template to make these changes.
Open the event and click on 'Unlink from template'.
