There are 2 ways to book your guest tickets within the system:
- You book the guest ticket yourself on the customer's telephone number via the dashboard.
- You create a guest ticket shop and send the link to a customer.
In both cases you start under 'Shops'. This is where you manage your tickets, so go here!
Booking in via phone number
If you want to book a guest list ticket, you need to create it first.
When you are in the shop, you can create a ticket by clicking on "Create ticket". Once you have clicked on the "Create ticket" button, you will be given the option to choose from which pools you want to use. If your pool has not yet been created, you can do this by clicking on 'create a new one'.
Then select the tick 'This is a guest ticket' and press confirm:
A guest list ticket is always free and can never be purchased through your online shop:
You can find ‘Sell tickets’ under the ‘Attendees’ tab (in your event). By clicking ‘Sell tickets’ you will open the Point-of-Sale functionality. You always need a phone number to sell or assign a ticket.
Choose your newly created guest ticket. Then you choose the number of tickets. It is also possible to add the e-mail address of the visitor so they will get a confirmation e-mail and to add a note here for your own use:
Creating a Guest Shop
You will create a shop with a free ticket. Using a shop has a few benefits:
- You don't need to know the phone number of your guest
- You can also add upsell (merchandise/donation option) to your shop
Create or copy shops
You can create a new shop or copy an existing shop:
Create a free (guest) ticket
When you are in the shop, you can create a ticket by clicking on "Create ticket".Once you have clicked on the "Create ticket" button, you will be given the option to choose from which pools you want to use. If your pool has not yet been created, you can do this by clicking on 'create a new one'. You then click on confirm. (You do not choose the tick 'This is a guest ticket')
The ticket automatically uses the availability from the pool. You can overwrite this via 'maximum number'. For example, you can create several guest shops (for example 1 per sponsor) and create a ticket with a specific maximum number for each shop:
You can further set up your shop as desired. For example through a donation page.
Via the button 'Link/Embed' you can find the link to share with all your guests. Every shop has a different link/embed.
