The new cashier
By clicking on 'Issue Tickets' in the dashboard, you will access the cashier function. From here, you can assign tickets to a person or sell them in real time.
Once you have opened the cashier, you can select the tickets you want to sell. You can select tickets from different shops* and pools. For seated events, the pools are equivalent to the sections. Here, you choose where you want to sell the tickets from, either from the general pool availability or from a blocked category. You can also apply filters to, for example, show only available tickets.
* You can only sell from one shop per order. This is because each order can only be allocated within one shop. If you have selected tickets from one shop, the rest will not be available afterward.
The cashier responds in real time, so as soon as you make a selection and it's in the shopping cart, the quantities in the shops are adjusted. Therefore, it can never happen that you have tickets in your shopping cart that are purchased online at the same time.
Once you select seats and click 'Add to cart,' the screen below will open.
You can choose whether the seats will be automatically assigned or if you want to reserve them now.
Automatically Assign Seats / Choose Seats Now
You can sell a ticket for which the seat does not need to be specified yet and can be included in automatic placement. A ticket for section Dc/Dd has been added to the shopping cart and is displayed in the overview. It is highlighted in yellow to indicate that this ticket can be automatically assigned.
You can also place the seat immediately. You will see the section and available seats. Here, you can click on the seat to place the customer there.
You can now add the ticket with this seat to the shopping cart, and it will be displayed in the order overview. It will be indicated as manually placed under 'Seating.'
When the selection is as desired, click to proceed to the next step: 'Issue Tickets.'
In the next step, you choose whether you want to send the tickets digitally and to whom.
If digital delivery is desired, a phone number is required to proceed. If the customer is already known in the system, the data will be automatically filled in after entering the mobile number. You can choose to send the customer a notification of the tickets via SMS and/or email.
In the case of door sales, you can choose 'no.' In this case, you do not need customer data to proceed, and the customer will not receive the tickets in their app. Or you can enter the recipient's details and specify how they should be notified. You can also indicate the payment method.
You handle the payment outside the system. Make sure the customer pays before finalizing the order. For administrative purposes, you can choose how the payment was made. You have four options:
- Card (PIN)
- Digital (e.g., a previously sent payment link)
- Other (e.g., invoice)
Check the order
Once you have filled in everything and click 'Complete Order,' an overview page with your selection will appear. Here, you can review one last time if you have entered the correct tickets, payment method, and data. If everything looks good, click "Create Order."
The order is created
The order with its associated order number is created. The tickets have been issued and sent to the customer. The customer can now find them in the GUTS wallet.
You can perform various actions through 'Batch Action,' such as checking in the issued tickets immediately. If you need more information about the order, you can click on it by selecting the order number.
If you want to start a new order, click 'Issue More Tickets.'
