During the ordering process it is possible to show two opt-ins to the customer:
- Terms and conditions (mandatory for the customer to proceed with the order)
- Privacy statement (optional for the customer)
These are the terms&conditions and privacy statement of the organisation (not of the ticketeer):
The person with the Owner-role within your organisation can add this in the organisation management under the tab 'Organisation'.
The organisation name will be used in the standard text that is displayed to make visitors agree to your terms and conditions. You can also overwrite this. In that case, your text will be displayed and then a direct link to the uploaded PDF.
